Elastomers

It is a thermoplastic and elastomeric insulating material. Manufactured with closed air cells, with insulating coating, highly flexible and lightweight.

Its temperature range is from -70°F (-57°C) to 221°F (105°C) which is favorable for insulating high and low temperature surfaces and piping. It is installed in copper pipe, steel and plastic piping systems.

It is used in condensers or refrigeration systems because it is flexible, resistant to water vapor, has low thermal conductivity and acoustic attenuation and prevents condensation or freezing in refrigerant lines.
