Calcium Silicate
Calcium silicate is a high temperature resistant insulation with exceptional structural strength. It is composed of hydrated calcium silicate for use in temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C).
Calcium silicate can be found in presentations such as; pre-formed in half shells for pipes and plates or blocks for equipment.
It is inorganic, asbestos-free and meets the physical and thermal property requirements of ASTM C53.
It meets the direct energy consumption needs, reduces the short-term production cost required for temperature control and reduces the contaminants that operate at medium and high temperatures.
Covers the needs of any Refinery, Petrochemical, Thermoelectric, Food and Textile industries.
Meets or exceeds the physical and thermal property requirements of ASTM C533, Type 1.
It is designed, manufactured, and tested in our own facilities, which are certified and inspected to rigorous ISO 9000 series quality standards (ANSI/ ASQ 90).
